Chakras are energy centers in your body that become blocked by longheld tension and low self-esteem. But practicing poses that correspond to each chakra can release these blocks and clear the path to higher consciousness.
The chakra system begins at the base of your spine and works itself up to the top of your head.

In my class we will focus in healing our chakras, we will also recite mantras that give us vibration to our body, and help releases any health porblems, feeling free of tension and strees.

Yoga practical applications include, flexibility, stress reduction, concentration, balance, improved strength, stress reduction, back problems, etc.
Hatha yoga class will be design for each person.

We can also make packs for few sessions.
